Job description:
We are looking for an organized and motivated Assistant Marketing Product Manager to join our Marketing & Innovation team for a period of 6 months. During this internship, you will be involved in the various marketing stages of the product development or brand creation process, and will support the team in coordinating and managing multi-category cosmetics projects (skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance, home) for an international client portfolio.
Your main tasks will be as follows:

Take part in strategic and conceptual development (competitor analysis, brand platform, price positioning analysis, positioning mapping, concept writing, name research, marketing copywriting, mood board creation, launch plan and product range proposals, etc.).

Help develop formula and packaging briefs in line with the brand platform and approved product concepts.

Participate in the monitoring and coordination of brand and product design projects with all development stakeholders (project manager, laboratories, design studio, regulatory department, etc.).

Monitor the market, trends, and competition (compilation and presentation to the Marketing team).

Participate in the strategic development of Francelab (proposals for social media content, monitoring of the established editorial line, participation in the organization of B2B trade shows, etc.), and develop the company's communication materials (marketing sheets, labels, POS advertising, etc.).

Participate in the creation of newsletters (internal) and mailings (for our customers and prospects).
Your profile:

Business school student or university student studying Marketing/Communication.

Good knowledge of the cosmetics sector and market trends.

You have an analytical mind and creative flair, and you are organized, independent, dynamic, and committed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Mailchimp (or any other mailing software).

You will support the Development team in coordinating and managing the various stages of our clients' cosmetic product development projects (skincare, haircare, makeup, perfume, home).
Your main tasks will be as follows:

Assist in monitoring and coordinating new development projects with all internal stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Design Studio, Supply, Purchasing, Quality) and external stakeholders (packaging suppliers, laboratories, manufacturers, etc.) according to deliverable schedules.

Participate in the development of supplier briefs and technical specifications and ensure that quality criteria are met for finished products.

Monitor the sourcing of formulas and packaging.

Help verify the industrial feasibility of new projects and develop presentations, reports, and summaries for project stakeholders.
Your profile:

Higher education in business, engineering (chemistry/biology/packaging), or university, ideally with a specialization in product development.
